Hey! My name is Kirbey and I am the founder and owner of Allure lashes.
10 years ago I had a vision, I was fed up of my office job and wanted to change my career. I had tried lash extensions and was never fully satisfied with how they looked. It was then that I started to think about training in lashes myself, I knew the look I wanted and I was sure I could provide satisfaction to others. I was so nervous as I’d never done any thing like this before all I knew was working in a office! My teacher Donna was amazing and I knew right from this moment this is where I wanted to be, this was my passion! I had to do this!
After the course I threw myself into practising and getting better, I knew I had to push to be a success. Within the first week I had done 12 sets of lashes on my friends and family. My first goal was to get regular clients, so I rented a room in a sunbed shop and then shortly after I fell pregnant with my beautiful son Karter. This lighted a fire under my butt and pushed me to try harder to get where I wanted to be – owning my own Salon, creating my own brand. So that’s exactly what I did I handed my notice in and looked for a shop to rent and that was how Allure Beauty Studio was born!
I am now running a very busy salon, a qualified accredited trainer and lash technician and have an established brand of lashes, including tools and a glue!
I am so grateful to all the people along the way who have made this possible and to my clients from day 1.
